HERO

A HERO is an associate, manager, or team that:

  • Never says, "never"; who always believes that there is a way to meet the challenge and often finds a workable solution.

  • Puts forth their best, every day, to ensure that their customers receive great service.

  • Publicly recognizes other associates for going above and beyond.
  • Volunteers to step in when the team is short-handed.
  • Willingly shares their specialized knowledge with a newer member of the team.
  • Does everything that is asked of them.. and then some.
